How to reset password?

See following steps on Login Password Reset Support: ​

  • To reset Login Password, go to international.standardbank.com​
  • Click on ‘Login’
  • Click on ‘Online Banking’
  • On the next screen. Click on ‘Sign In’
  • Type in your username and select Sign In
  • Select Sign In with Password
  • Select Forgot Password
  • Enter your username and select Verify, if you have forgotten this click Forgot Username
  • If you have forgotten your ICN password too, click on ‘Forgot Internet Banking Password’ and follow the ‘reset ICN Password’ steps​


See following steps on ICN Password Reset Support: 

  • If the ICN password is the only password that you have forgotten, log in using username and password
  • Click on ‘Register and Account Linking’
  • Click on ‘Link Accounts’
  • ‘Forgot ICN Password’
  • Add in Internet Client Number and Customer Number
  • Create new password
  • ICN password must not have any special characters

Once an ICN password change request has been submitted, you will be contacted to verify the request.
