How to reset password?
See following steps on Login Password Reset Support:
- To reset Login Password, go to international.standardbank.com
- Click on ‘Login’
- Click on ‘Online Banking’
- On the next screen. Click on ‘Sign In’
- Type in your username and select Sign In
- Select Sign In with Password
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter your username and select Verify, if you have forgotten this click Forgot Username
- If you have forgotten your ICN password too, click on ‘Forgot Internet Banking Password’ and follow the ‘reset ICN Password’ steps
See following steps on ICN Password Reset Support:
- If the ICN password is the only password that you have forgotten, log in using username and password
- Click on ‘Register and Account Linking’
- Click on ‘Link Accounts’
- ‘Forgot ICN Password’
- Add in Internet Client Number and Customer Number
- Create new password
- ICN password must not have any special characters
Once an ICN password change request has been submitted, you will be contacted to verify the request.
