Online Banking - How to view a statement?
You can download statements yourself from your online banking. The statements available online are available instantly and can be previewed. There are two statement options, historical statements with predefined dates that cannot be edited, or up to date statements where a specific date range can be selected which also have a bank stamp. These two different types of statements are available both on the Banking App as well as Online Banking.
Note: If an account is closed, the statements will no longer be available online for that account. The statements for a closed account need to be requested from the call centre via secure message, telephone call or email.
Please follow the below steps to view the statements online.
Online Banking:
Historical statements:
- Login to Online Banking
- Click on the account you wish to get statements for
- Click on ‘Statements’
- Choose one of the available statement options from the dropdown
Own date range, stamped statements:
- Login to Online Banking
- Click on the account you wish to get statements for
- Click on ‘Filter’
- Choose date range
- Click on the download arrow and choose which type of file you wish to download the statement in
BankingApp:
Historical Statements:
- Login to your BankingApp
- Click on the account you wish to get statements for
- Click on ‘Statements’
- Choose one of the available statement options from the dropdown
- Click on ‘Download’
Own date range, stamped statements:
- Sign in to your Banking App
- Click on account you wish to get the statement for
- Click on ‘Transactions’ which can be found on the top of the screen
- Click on ‘Filter’ and choose your date range
- Click on the download arrow available next to the word ‘Filter’ and download your statement
