Standard Bank success shows excellence in international arena

For the second successive year, Standard Bank has clinched a prestigious award. It’s International Personal Banking (IPB) division was recognised for its excellence at the 2020 International Investment Awards, winning the ‘Excellence in Private Banking’ award for the second year in a row.

Organised by International Investment Magazine the awards are considered an ‘industry institution’ are highly respected in the international investment and wealth adviser community and acknowledge extraordinary talent and remarkable achievements from every corner of the globe.

The winners of the 21st International Investment Awards were revealed at its first ever ‘virtual’ ceremony with Standard Bank also shortlisted in the ‘Excellence in Client Service – Industry’ category.

Also, the Isle of Man was awarded International Finance Centre of the Year, for the third time in four years. The judges said it was “A standout well-regulated jurisdiction with a unique approach to financial services.” Mr Barclay added “Standard Bank are very proud of our long association with the financial services sector in Isle of Man”.
