Recognising young talent in the Private Client practitioner community

Sanmari Crous, a business development manager for Standard Bank’s international fiduciary services, was named as one of the Top 35 under 35 in the Channel Islands by eprivateclient.

The Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35 initiative is designed to identify, recognise, promote, and introduce the rising stars of the Private Client practitioner community in the Channel Islands.

Sanmari recently joined Standard Bank’s international fiduciary services as part of the business development team. A South African qualified lawyer and certified financial planner professional, she is focused on raising the profile of the bank’s international fiduciary services.

“It is a great honor to be recognised as one of the top 35 under 35 in the Channel Islands by eprivateclient and I am grateful to Standard Bank for nominating me for this accolade. It is wonderful to be part of such a great team and I am excited for what lies ahead,” Sanmari said.

Michael Giraud, Head of International Fiduciary Service Jersey, commented: “We are delighted for Sanmari. Although only joining relatively recently, she has already managed to stand out from her peers and demonstrated her ability to be a self-starter and to add real tangible value to the business. Great things are expected for Sanmari who is already seen as an invaluable member of the team and a future leader in the business.”

This accolade comes after Standard Bank’s international fiduciary services was named Highly Commended in the Institutional Trust or Fiduciary Company category at the Tenth Annual WealthBriefing European Awards 2022.
